Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VexoAI platform ("Service") operated by VEXO AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

VexoAI provides an AI-powered credit dispute automation platform that assists consumers in identifying inaccuracies on their credit reports and automating the dispute process with credit bureaus and data furnishers. Our Service is provided in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use this Service. By using VexoAI, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services and Fees

VexoAI offers the following service tiers:

• Diagnostic ($99 one-time): Full credit profile analysis and dispute identification report. The $99 diagnostic fee is credited toward your first month if you continue to a monthly subscription.
• Repair ($39.99/month): Automated dispute filing, certified mail fulfillment, and real-time tracking.
• Build ($129/month): All Repair features plus credit building strategy and financial fitness coaching.

All fees are charged in U.S. dollars. Subscription fees are billed monthly until cancelled.

4. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Disclosure

As required by federal law, you have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself for free. You have the right to obtain a free copy of your credit report. You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA. You have five (5) business days after signing a contract with a credit repair organization to cancel without penalty.

5. No Guarantee of Results

VexoAI does not guarantee any specific improvement to your credit score. Results vary based on individual credit history, the nature of items disputed, and responses from credit bureaus and data furnishers. We make no representation that any particular item will be removed from your credit report.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@vexoai.io or through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to dispute accurate information, create false identities, or engage in any fraudulent activity. VexoAI reserves the right to terminate accounts engaged in prohibited use without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEXO AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

3. Permissible Purpose

VexoAI accesses your credit information solely under the permissible purpose of reviewing your credit account at your request, as authorized under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) 15 U.S.C. § 1681b.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Credit bureaus and data furnishers for the purpose of filing disputes on your behalf
• Payment processors to complete transactions
• Mail fulfillment partners to send certified dispute letters
• Service providers who assist in platform operations under strict confidentiality agreements

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and financial information. All data is transmitted via SSL encryption. We do not store full payment card numbers.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may request a copy of your data or request deletion by contacting support@vexoai.io. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for the duration of your account and for up to 7 years after account closure as required by applicable law and for dispute record purposes.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

VEXO AI LLC is committed to transparency in our billing and refund practices. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any VexoAI service.

1. Diagnostic Fee ($99)

The one-time $99 diagnostic fee is non-refundable once your credit analysis has been initiated and your credit report has been pulled. If you choose to continue to a monthly subscription, the $99 diagnostic fee will be credited toward your first month. If a technical error prevents us from completing your analysis, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Subscription Services

Monthly subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.

3. CROA 5-Day Right to Cancel

As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel any VexoAI service contract within five (5) business days of signing without penalty or obligation. To exercise this right, contact us at support@vexoai.io within five business days of your purchase date.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@vexoai.io within 30 days of the charge. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Refunds are not issued based on credit score outcomes. Credit repair results vary by individual and depend on factors outside VexoAI's control, including credit bureau response timelines and the nature of items on your credit report.
